OFF THE REEF is a charming, beachfront home. It is on a beautiful, ocean front property that gently slopes down to the ocean. A private 150 ft. long pathway takes you to this beach. This vacation rental consists of a separate bedroom, bathroom, large closet, laundry room, living room, and a combination kitchen and dining area. The patio door leads from the living room onto a large patio that extends to the front of the house.


Watch the yachts in full sail as they cross the horrizon. Watch as the cruise ships pass. A striking sight once the sun goes down. From the kitchen window you can see dozens of coral reefs and the beautiful colours of the sea. These coral reefs offer an abundance of marine life. Snorkeling or fishing whichever you prefer, or both.


THE LIVING ROOM


The living room has satelitte TV, a DVD player. The couch is a day bed for a possible third guest. The patio door leads onto the side patio that extends around to the front of the cottage.

THE BEDROOM

The bedroom has a queen sized bed, bedding, dresser, full-length mirror, sink and closet. The door leads to the front patio and the SPECTACULAR VIEW.

WASHROOM AND LAUNDRY ROOM

There is a complete washroom that includes a ceramic tiled shower, both inside and out. There is a light inside the shower. All new fixtures. The laundry room has a clothes dryer, washer and freezer.

A cell phone is provider for your use. Phone cards can be bought at most stores.

THE KITCHEN

The kitchen has all large and small appliances, all your cooking needs, linens and all the counter space you could need. It is completely furnished, with air conditioning and ceiling fans.


THE PATIO


The patio extends around the front and one side of the house. There is always shade or sun no matter what time of day. The gas BBQ is large and has a side burner for your barbequeing pleasure. The wood, round picnic table with a palmetto leaf umbrella adds such charm to the patio.

An outside shower removes the beach sand before entering the house. Near the beach there is a shelter for shade to lounge on while relaxing and enjoy the remarkable view.

"OFF THE REEF" is near both Palmetto Point, Governor's Harbour, and several other towns. These towns offer shopping, local art, fishing tours, rentals, groceries, stores, and souvenirs. The map show our place better when it is on satellite because we are right in front of the ocean. There is not a road between us and the ocean.
